Otah & Friends is operated by Lucid Entertainment Pte. Ltd. (“Otah & Friends”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are responsible for personal data handled through this website.

Otah & Friends is made for children and their families. This site does not create child accounts or invite children to submit names, ages, photos, audio, location, questions, contact details or profiles.

Children under 13 should not email us or give us personal data. A parent or guardian may contact us on their behalf. If we learn that personal data came directly from a child under 13 without a parent or guardian, we will use it only as reasonably needed to respond safely or comply with law, then delete or anonymise it unless we have a lawful reason to keep it.

Hosting and security providers receive limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, date and time, referring page, and security or error information.

We use this information only to deliver the site, maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, behavioural profiles or targeted advertising.

The site uses email links rather than a contact form. If an adult emails us, we receive their email address and whatever they include, such as a name, organisation, enquiry or attachment. We use it to answer the enquiry, manage the relevant relationship, keep appropriate records and meet legal obligations.

Please do not send identity documents, precise location, medical information or other sensitive information about a child by ordinary email. Contacting us does not add anyone to a marketing list.

Optional analytics is switched off. No analytics script loads and the site does not store an analytics preference.

This site does not currently collect newsletter subscriptions. If a newsletter is enabled, it will be for adults, use express consent and confirmation, and this notice will identify the provider before collection begins.

Strictly necessary technology may be used by hosting or security providers to deliver the site, balance traffic, prevent abuse or remember a security choice. It is not used by Otah & Friends to create advertising profiles.

We disclose personal data only where reasonably needed to hosting, security, email or other service providers working for us; professional advisers; and authorities or courts where required or permitted by law. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not disclose children’s information for targeted advertising.

Some providers may process information outside Singapore. Where the Singapore PDPA applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection unless an exception applies.

We keep personal data only while reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an appropriate business or legal purpose, or as required by law. Routine adult enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are normally deleted within 24 months of the last meaningful exchange. Partnership, permission and legal records may be kept longer where necessary.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. We assess suspected breaches and make notifications required by the PDPA.

Subject to the PDPA and its exceptions, an individual may ask to access personal data we hold about them, correct an error, withdraw consent to future use, or raise a concern. A parent or legal guardian may contact us about a child.
